how can you say giving suggestions is dissin the park crew you guys are great at what you do yes but your not all knowing you cant think of every setup possible, chill and listen to what people have to say you might get something useful out of it every once in a while. Granted some people dont really have a clue what there talkin about but some do.

A Trapazoid rail is def. on our "To Do" list, and sadly it has for like 2 seasons. however i have the metal and the plastic in house now so we should be able to get it crackin' in the not tooo distant future. We also hope to have many small rails to throw out in Jam Session and allow for some sick combos in the big park.

it'd sick to see the flat box from the stairset set up as an up to to a like 10 foot gap, or the opposite, 10- 15 foot gap to decending flat box.

i know you all you guys rip on the people who mention this early.. but im going to be that guy.   Right now we have snow.. its awesome and were going to get more.  Saying this when the park is re-done, is there a way i can know if there willl be a jump.  Becuase i dont want the usaul idiana weather to come in and whipe out basically all the snow and we are left with brown terrible snow.  Im just for taking advantage of what lady winter has givin us early         Cheesy

We've got a 2 stack, we just need to beat some dents out of it and paint it.

We tore apart the park last night, and it was going decent until we broke the tiller on the park bully. So as of right now it's got 2 rails in it and more to come.

im loving the botton 2 jumps along with the rail set up... but ive been talking to a few boarders.. along with my opionion, and some agree that the big hit is a tad bit to steep.. my knees buckle when i try to spin                         idk maybe im just a loser or something   undecided

i think it had long enough of a transition to make the steepness work. for me, it was probably one of the best jumps i've ever hit. plus the snow couldn't of been better.

The big hit can't really lose any steepness or it will start to lose it's pop which is right now making it freaking epic. I dunno, maybe its something you're doing. I don't know much about snowboarding so I won't try to claim to know what you're doing right or wrong, but in my opinion that jump is pretty much perfect right now.

All the snowboarders at Perfects in the past have had a problem with the jumps, claiming they're too poppy.  Places like Mad River build skier cross style jumps that are terrible.

The jumps at Park City and other places out west are more like Perfect's jumps than anywhere else, and people love them.  it's weird.    Either way, pop is good in my opinion.

the big jump is really nice. it has a long tranny and didnt really feel that poppy to me.  the landing gets an A+ as well.

the shit was really smooth and fun.... i hope this rain doesnt ruin everything...

The problem with the big jump before yesterday was that the landing and lip didn't really match, so you ended up gliding and landing at what seemed like a million miles an hour. Now that's it prime and matches up, you don't feel like you're going mach 10 into the landing.

As a snowboarder who has hit jumps at both Park City (and other western resorts) I think I'll have to fall on the 'pop is fine' side. What I've seen around Perfects is a lot of early spinning, straight knees, and general sloppiness.

I'll have to agree with Rich about Mad River. Last time I was there (awhile ago for Midwest X) they built the worst kicker ever. It was like they took an urban down rail kicker, lost the rail, and made it 40 feet wide and 30 feet long.
